Meet Jo, St Louis Care Allied Health Manager
Jo joined St Louis five years ago as a community physiotherapist and has since grown into the role of Allied Health Manager, leading and mentoring a new generation of healthcare professionals. Driven by a passion for empowering individuals to live their healthiest, most dignified lives, Jo found the perfect fit at St Louis, where the commitment to improving health outcomes aligns seamlessly with his mission.
He thrives on delivering person-centred care to clients with unique needs, valuing St Louis supportive environment that fosters creativity and innovation in exceptional healthcare.
Meet Brooke, Accounts Payable Finance Officer Corporate Office

Meet Sahil, Community Care Worker at St Louis Home Care
"Caring for others brings peace and fulfilment." With over 15 years in aged care, Sahil has dedicated the past eight years to St Louis Home Care, supporting clients to live independently with dignity and comfort in their own homes.
Sahil chose this path, believing that giving your best creates a cycle of kindness. His inspiration came from a chance encounter with an elderly passenger during his taxi-driving days, leading him to his true calling in aged care. What does he love most? “Seeing the immediate impact of my care on clients’ lives and sharing meaningful moments together.”
Meet Ken, Nursing Home Manager at St Louis Nursing Home
Ken has dedicated 18 years to St Louis, starting as a casual personal care worker while studying nursing. After graduating, he advanced from Registered Nurse to Clinical Nurse and now serves as Nursing Home Manager. He takes pride in leading a team with St Louis' values, dignity, respect, inclusion, and choice.
Ken chose aged care after discovering a special connection with elderly residents during his nursing placements. He appreciates the hours of care provided at St Louis Nursing Home, allowing for meaningful interactions and person-centred support. "Seeing our residents smile makes everything worthwhile; I know I make a meaningful impact every time."
Meet Sarah, House Manager at St Louis Homes
With over 20 years of experience in care and a Masters of Dementia, Sarah manages St Louis Homes, a registered NDIS provider for Younger Onset Dementia support. She leads a dedicated team of support workers offering bespoke, 24/7 active person-centred individualised care, focusing on health and wellbeing, and empowering clients to make choices in their daily lives.
Drawn to the unique challenges faced by those with Younger Onset Dementia, Sarah finds fulfilment in helping clients live more meaningful lives. "Creating a home-like environment fosters confidence and respect, promoting inclusion and community at the heart of everything we do."
Meet Deb, Home Care and Social Support Coordinator
Deb has been with St Louis Care for 15 years, taking on various roles, including receptionist, both a Care Worker in the nursing home and home care. She is currently the Social Support Coordinator for home care and with all her experience the passion for helping others has grown over the years.
What Deb loves most about her job is forming meaningful connections with clients. “Getting to know their stories makes this work personal,” she shares. The family-oriented culture at St Louis Care allows her to provide tailored support, making each day rewarding. “If I can brighten someone’s day, I know I’ve succeeded.”
Meet Jen, Physiotherapist St Louis Nursing Home
Jen has been a physiotherapist at St Louis Care for over 20 years, dedicated to improving residents’ and clients’ quality of life. She helps home care clients stay safe, and physically active and advises on home modifications and mobility aids. Sometimes, her visits are a chat over coffee, and a walk around the block supporting physical and emotional well-being.
Jen enjoys connecting with older clients. “They have amazing stories! Helping them reach health goals makes a real difference and no two days are the same.” For Jen, St Louis is a supportive community. “It’s a family-run business with a sense of belonging. I value the flexibility at work and knowing I make a positive impact daily.”
Meet Rose, Home Care Coordinator at St Louis Home Care
Rose has worked in rostering, reception and as a Home Care Coordinator.
“I wanted to use my planning and problem-solving skills to ensure clients receive seamless service,” she says. Rose values the support she received while transitioning roles and the meaningful relationships with clients, and their families.
Rose says the supportive, client-focused culture at St Louis Care ensures clients' health and well-being goals are met with empathy, communication, and choice. “It’s rewarding to support clients to live at home,” she shares, highlighting the importance of reconnecting clients with their communities to reduce loneliness.
